What we collect and why
When you request a demo we collect your name, company, work email, company type and message, to answer your request and send you information about iQuota. In the extranet we process the data our customers enter to provide the service.
Legal basis
Your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries; for customers, the performance of the service contract.
Retention
Demo requests are kept for up to 24 months unless you ask us to delete them earlier.
Recipients
We do not sell your data. We use hosting and email providers who process data on our behalf under contract. The AI features use Anthropic as a processor.
Your rights
You can access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict or port your data by writing to hello@iquota.io. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
Bookings made through AI assistants
When a traveller books through an AI assistant connected to iQuota (MCP), we receive the lead guest's name, email and phone and the stay details, and pass them to the booked property so it can manage the stay and collect payment. We do not receive payment card data or the conversation with the assistant. These bookings are kept for as long as the law requires for accounting and consumer purposes.
