How to appear on ChatGPT and other AI if your hotel has no website
Updated November 2026
Many small properties have no website of their own: they live on Booking.com, Airbnb and word of mouth. That is a problem for AI, because when it searches the web it only finds what the platforms say. You do not need a big website to change this, but you do need one official source with your details.
What AI sees if you have no website
Ask ChatGPT or Gemini about your property and it will usually cite your Booking.com or Airbnb listing and send the guest there. Platforms sometimes show your name differently or hide your contact details, so the AI has nowhere to find your official information or a way to book you direct.
The minimum you need
One well-made page can be enough:
- Property name, address or area and a way to contact you.
- Tourist registration number, if you are required to have one.
- Property type, capacity, amenities and what you do not have, such as wifi or pets allowed.
- Real distances to the beach, the centre or whatever your guests look for.
- Indicative prices, cancellation terms and payment method.
- Your own photos and a way to book or check availability.
Keep your details the same everywhere
Use the same name on your page, on the platforms and on regional portals. If you are “Casa del Mar” in one place and “Sea view apartment” in another, the AI struggles to know it is the same property.
Profiles that help
Check what you can have for your type of property. A hotel with in-person service can have a Google Business Profile. Holiday homes are excluded from that profile, so do not create one if you do not meet the rules. Bing Places, which feeds part of ChatGPT's searches, has its own rules and may ask you to verify your address by post.
Getting search engines and AI to find it
A page nobody links to is slow to appear. Link to it from your social media, your email signature, your listing on regional tourism portals and, where platforms allow it, your profile. Search engines and AI find pages by following links.
What nobody can promise you
Having a page does not guarantee the AI will recommend you. It does guarantee that when someone asks about you, there is an official source with your correct details.
How iQuota helps
iQuota publishes an official page for your property, in Spanish and English, with your details, tourist registration, rates and direct booking. It includes structured data that search engines read and a connector for compatible AI assistants. Guests pay at the property, with 0% commission. You need no website, booking engine or channel manager.

Isn't my Airbnb or Booking.com listing a website?
It works for selling on that platform, but it is not your own source: the platform controls the name, contact details and booking link.
Do I have to leave Booking.com or Airbnb?
No. You can stay on the platforms and also have your official page with direct booking, with calendars synced.
How much does it cost?
From €29 a month per property, excluding VAT, with no lock-in. The first 30 hotels join free until 30 June 2027 through the Founding Hotels programme.
